Healthy Juices – Helps to keep us fit and energetic

Food and drinks always helps to keep us fit and energetic. Instead of going long description on the health benefits, I preferred to highlight it in short and with picture, it helps anyone can quickly understand the information and use them in their daily life.

Tomato + Carrot + Apple - Improve skin complexion and good breath

Pineapple + Apple + Watermelon - To dispel excess salts, nourishes the bladder and kidney

Carrot + Apple + Pear + Mango - Clear body heat, counteracts toxicity, decreased blood pressure and fight oxidization


Pear & Banana - Regulates sugar content


Papaya + Pineapple + Milk - Rich in vitamin C, E, and Iron, helps to improve skin complexion and metabolism.


Orange + Ginger + Cucumber - Improves Skin texture and moisture and reduce body heat.


Banana + Pineapple + Milk - Rich in vitamin with nutritious and prevent constipation.


Apple + Cucumber + Kiwi - To improve skin complexion


Carrot + Ginger + Apple - Boost and cleanse our system.


Bitter gourd + Apple + Milk - Avoid bad breath and reduce internal body heat.


Honeydew + Grape + Watermelon + Milk - Rich in vitamin C + Vitamin B2 that increase cell activity and strengthen body immunity.


Apple + Cucumber + Celery - Prevent cancer, reduce cholesterol, and works on stomach upset and headache.

I'm actually glad you posted this because the pinapple apple and watermelon I drink because I like the taste of it. However my body cannot retain salt already so I guess I will stop drinking that. :)

Looks like great combinations.. We drink/eat so many of those fruits/veggies in various combinations. Tomato/V8, pineapple, watermelon, mango, banana, orange, strawberry, blueberry, etc.... SO delicious and SO healthy.
