We are still trying to emerge from a cold winter here. Hopefully spring is on the way now. I will have to remember this drink when the heat of summer is here.

As much as I love coconut, I'm sure I'd like this drink. Wonder if we can get it here in the USA???? Sounds GREAT.

Spring is coming this week although I'd never know it when going outside here this morning. It's COLD, icy and very foggy... Still feels like winter to me.

I just tried coconut water for the first time a few weeks back, and I really wasn't a fan. However, I just LOVE to eat coconut. Especially toasted!

It sounds like coconut juice would really help for things like jet lag and keeping immunity up to prevent illness after a long flight. Both of these are made worse by dehydration.
