How to shed off your excess fat and remains slim

Everyone wants to be slim and fit, though we all taking steps to avoid excess fat we couldn’t stay slim. Read on the tips below to be slim and fit forever...

Determination – This is the first most things to be slim, you should determine to remain slim and make up your mind to work towards this goal. You need to set realistic, achievable goals.
Get ready to make lifestyle changes like giving up alcohol, smoking, avoiding fatty food, fried food etc.

Include lot of Fibric foods in your diet. This gives you the feeling of fullness and you tend to eat less. At the same time, you will get all nutrients. Nuts are the best one for high fiber food.

Add lot of fresh vegetables and fruits in your menu as much as possible and avoid cooked foods.

Don’t go for crash diets to cut down the excess fats, it will harm you in other way around.

Never skip breakfast, eat in small quantity and have your foods in 5 servings throughout the day instead of 3.

It is highly recommended to have fresh Fruit Juices in the morning. Lime mixed with Honey helps to be slim. If you like milk, have only skimmed milk.

Don’t go for weight loss supplements, there are no short cuts to reduce weight.

Gear up to use the stairs instead of lift as much as possible. Let your car parked little far away and you walk to reach your office. Always, prefer walking and it helps to keep you physically active.

Drink lot of Water, it is recommended to have at least 8 glasses per day.

Have a schedule of exercises for a week like jogging, swimming, cycling, yoga etc. This helps to accelerate your weight loss program. Consult a physician; get evaluated before starting the schedule.

Don’t forget, shedding off excess fats is a slow process and it takes time. Hence do not get disappointed and never give up. Perseverance and consistency really helps to achieve the goal.

Great post ---and something that is near and dear to me!!! I have struggled with weight all of my adult life (since I gained 60 pounds when having my first child)... I finally have 'captured' it (since I have maintained my weight for over a year now).. It's a LIFELONG process for sure.

Luckily, I'm slim. I do not eat a lot at once, I do not like fatty meats, like nuts, drink a lot and I like to move :).

Some good advice, but many of us have a problem with losing weight and know those good points but we can't stick to them which is why we end up being fat again over and over again.
